VII International Festival of Culinary Art and Service


VII International Festival of Culinary Art and Service and The First Championship of Ukraine on Carving took place in Kiev on November 8-11, 2011.

The competition was held in modern scientific laboratories of Kiev National University of Economics and Trade. Teams of cooks from various countries of the world took place in the festival. Participants came from Belarus, Greece, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova, Israel, Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine.

S. P. Nazarenko headed the team of talented cooks from Dnipro Hotel that took part in various nominations. Thorough preparation, high level of professionalism and indisputable talent of the team brought numerous rewards and recognition.

  • -team of chefs A.M. Gribinnaya, N.A. Kalita, V.V. Momotyuk took Grand Prix and gold medal;
  • -“Golden Ukrainian Chef of the Year” was awarded to A.M. Gribinnaya;
  • -Gold medal for “Poultry dishes” –V.V.Prysidko;
  • -“Unique dish from hydrobionts” and “Restaurant desert” brought 2 gold medals to V.V. Momotyuk;
  • -A.S.Zenchenko was awarded with gold medal in the category “Pasta”;
  • -“Modern dishes of Ukrainians cuisine” brought gold medal to N.V. Mirovskiy;
  • -“Golden chef of the year” brought silver medal to A.M. Gribinnaya;
  • -“Unique main dish” brought silver medal to E.P.Golovach.
